Grizzly bear decides video camera looks too good to pass up

If you ever wondered what it would look like to be mouthed by a grizzly bear, here's proof that it would not be a pleasant experience.

Brad Josephs, a wildlife biologist and expedition leader for Natural Habitat Adventures, got the footage while in Alaska filming "Great Bear Stakeout" which was shown on BBC One and Discovery Channel.

Josephs said that the above video was "filmed with a GoPro camera that I strapped to a rock with a rubber band! The first bear to appear is an older mother, and the second is her 3-year-old cub. The bear only gently mouthed the camera, and didn't even put a dent in it!"

Josephs also shares some other behind-the-scenes footage on his website that was obtained during the making of the documentary.

'Hawaii Five-O' experiencing a real crime wave on its set

They'd book 'em, if they could catch 'em.

That's right, CBS' popular new television series, "Hawaii Five-O," is beset by a crime wave of its own, despite the presence of the legendary Steve McGarrett and his elite detective corps.

According to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, a memo was issued recently to the cast and crew stating: "I am sorry to report that theft has become a serious problem on the set."

The memo, sent by production manager Jeff Downer, continued: "We are going to set up video surveillance cameras to help monitor this problem. If anyone is caught, they will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law."

Neither CBS nor the production staff would comment to the Star-Advertiser so it's not clear how extensive the problem is, or what the thieves have been stealing, or whether the real cops have been brought in.

But it is apparent that it's an inside job because the memo contained this passage: "As a reminder, we are an extended family, please let's not steal from one another."

Here's hoping they solve this before it becomes too big of an embarrassment.
