my brother was serving with the USN, and took advantage of diving opportunities it afforded. this was about 1985.
i watched a video his team recorded. night, deep water.
about a dozen giant manta (16 to 20 feet), looping around their
flashlight beams, scooping food. several shots with manta in repeated
360degree sweeps above, over, down and under and back up and over the
divers. several shots of diver touching manta belly as they passed.
still looking for this amazing repeat.
