BMX star Cameron Zink severely bruised his heels but escaped serious injury during a frightening crash during the Red Bull Rampage in Virgin, Utah. Thanks to his mounted camera, viewers are able to sense what Zink was experiencing on this daunting track, and of his perspective while discovering that he would not successfully land the 80-foot Canyon Gap to Flat jump.
Said Zink on his Facebook page: "So you wanna see something gnarly? I was scared for my life and can't believe my legs and knees are in tact... With 5 knee surgeries, two broken feet and a having a rod in my tibia prior to this plane crash I guess I'm doin' ok if this 80-foot bail to flat only bruised my heels."
The annual free-riding event was held over the weekend and the winner was Canada's Kurt Sorge, with an incredible run.
The Zink video, as of Tuesday afternoon, had been shared more than 3,600 times.

its not bmx.. its mountain biking.. completely different. a bmx has no suspension, cam would have broken his arms or at least his wrists if he'd done that gap on a bmx.
