It's sad that California lacks common sense legislation for mufflers on guns. Why would you WANT a shooting range to be noisy? Suppressors / silencers have strict regulation in the U.S., strict enough that few criminals would ever go through the background checks, finger printing, and 60+ day waiting periods. California needs to grow up, and out of, the movies where "only assassins" use them.
